H&E appoints new SVP of sales

H&E Equipment Services has named Rob Hepler as its new senior vice president of sales, H&E's most senior rental sales position.

He will oversee planning and strategy, along with talent and sales development, to assist H&E’s ongoing rental growth objectives.

Mr Hepler brings to the role more than 30 years of experience in the equipment industry as an owner and senior-level executive. According to H&E, he has a consistent record of delivering strong, sustainable revenue and profit gains through strategic marketing, sales, business planning, talent development and relationship building.

Commenting on this change, Brad Barber, president and chief operating officer at H&E Equipment Services said: “Knowing Rob for the better part of my career, I have always been impressed with his ability to recognize and motivate talent, while driving strong revenue gains.
